Anticipation meets Impatience

So for anyone that knows us (Kelli in particular) their are instant gratification issues; and pregnancy is one area where we have no control and just have to wait...or so I thought.  Kelli found a private ultrasound, Baby Faces in Crowley, LA.   It's a lady that just loves her job is super nice and unlike most of the doctor ordered ultrasounds does it as a picture time for the expectant parents.  All of this to tell you that we were disappointed to find out it would be another month until we would find out the sex through the OB, but Kelli being Kelli decided to take matters into her own hands, called Baby Faces and before you could blink we were sitting in their office seeing our little boy for the first time!

The tech was great she said she knew what it was but wanted one of the classic boy shots, and boy did she get one!  We've decided on Aiden for the first name, still waffling on the middle name.  In all she printed about 7 shots for us, here are the other top 2, including a 4D which still looks kinda creepy to me....

All in all the trip only cost us $50, and gave us some idea with what to do with the soon to be converted office.  One final revelation was that at 13 weeks the baby is about 3 ounces, which is about double the weight he should be at this point; not too surprising considering our family is known for big baby boy's.
